How do I get access after purchasing?
Access is delivered instantly after payment.
Once your payment is confirmed, our system automatically grants access through our Discord bot and activates your subscription.
If you do not see access right away, simply reconnect your Discord account on the checkout page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, and Bitcoin / Litecoin.
All payments are processed securely through verified gateways.
How long does it take for my subscription to activate?
Your access is usually activated within a few seconds after checkout.
In rare cases, such as crypto payments, it can take up to 10-30 minutes for blockchain confirmation.
I did not get my access - what should I do?
Make sure:
- You are logged into the same Discord account you used at checkout.
- Your payment is confirmed.
If it is still not working, open a support ticket in the Discord server (preferred) or email us at resellkinggen@gmail.com. Include your order ID and Discord username so we can help quickly.
Is the generator safe to use?
Yes. Our system runs securely on private infrastructure and never requests or stores sensitive user data.
We do not require tokens, passwords, or personal information beyond what is needed for billing and Discord verification.
How do I know if my payment went through?
You will receive a confirmation email and receipt immediately after checkout.
You can also view your order history on the dashboard on our website or the purchases channel in our Discord.
